Marimekko (r) Saarni Bed Linens
Silhouettes of ash trees in shades of indigo and cobalt sway across a cloudless sapphire sky. Originally designed by Erja Hirvi in 2006 for Marimekko(r) of Finland, Saarni is reinterpreted for today in cool tonal blues and silky-soft 400-thread-count cotton sateen. Overlapping botanical patterns the center of the reversible duvet cover and branches out from one end of the coordinating pillow shams. Duvet is tailored with hidden button closure; pillow shams have a generous 2" flange and overlapping back closure. "This duvet is beautiful and soft. The blue color has a lot of depth. However, the reason, why I only gave this duvet 3 stars, is that there are NO TIES inside the duvet to hold your comforter. At this price point, it should be part of the duvet. I buy things at this price point so that I don't have to be my own seamstress."

"If you love jewel tones and want to make your bed a vibrant focal point, this duvet set is for you. The material is lustrous and soft,
and it came out beautifully after washing. I paired it with the white matelese bedskirt from C&B and a lavender throw, and it looks stunning and glamorous against my gray-purple accent wall. I couldn't be happier with it!"

"I saw this duvet at the Crate & Barrel store and fell in love with it's vibrant color immediately. It is silky smooth to the touch and has a sateen quality that is pleasant to snuggle in. I highly recommend this duvet.
On a side note, I also appreciated that the shipping was free and that it took 3 days to arrive instead of the expected 7-10. Great job C&B!"

"I just received this duvet cover and shams and it looks awesome on my bed. I am very pleased with the quality and the feel of the fabric is very soft. The colors are very rich and beautiful. It looks even better in person then in the pictures."
