"I love this cook book, they give you the basic ingredients and gadgets you need in the first few pages. Being that the author acutally lived in Asia for a while, the recepies are pretty authentic Chinese, not so much American Chinese. The Raddish Omelete is a wonderful and authentic chinese style. Hm.. Yum !!"
