"I own a set of these now. They are great cutting boards. Easy to store, clean and use. I added this one to my collection, because it was large enough for most chopping and small enough to fit in the bottom rack of my dishwasher. It has quickly become my favorite! Buy one!"

The Greatest Cutting Board

"I really love this cutting board. It's heavy duty and easy to clean. It doesn't stain, and my Wustoff knives don't damage the surface. It's light and easy to store (great for tiny kitchens like mine!). If you need a cutting board, or know someone who needs one, BUY THIS ONE!"

"I love these cutting boards because they're so practical. They're easy to cut on (and don't harm your knives); plus, you can put them in the dishwasher afterwards. I was told by a Shun knife expert that bamboo cutting boards could harm your blades but that these don't wear them down. The size of and finger hole on the board are also very convenient."

"I love these boards. I have had one for a few years now, and it hasn't warped or cracked. I have a few and I use them every night. They handle cutting well, they are very stable, and they handle the dishwasher great. They are thin so it feels like you are cutting at counter height. I would never buy anything else, and you can't beat the price for something that lasts for so long."

"I got these because they are eco-friendly, but I found more great things about them... they are safe on knives, absolutely dishwasher safe, and they look fantastic! There are no knife grooves or scratched edges like other cutting boards. If that is not enough, they are stain resistant too. Considering how durable they are, one would think they are think and heavy... not the case, they are thin and lightweight but are really sturdy."

"This is the only cutting board you should own. Its good on the knives and actually helps sharpen them, when they say dishwasher safe - they mean it. I'm always concerned about putting cutting boards in the dishwasher, because of wear and tear - but this cutting board really holds up great in the dishwasher. It doesn't hold smell or stains. Its incredibly sturdy - we love it!"

"Previous reviews are dead on. Rest assured on the smell complaints: the pulpy smell of wet board goes away completely after about 5 washes in the dishwasher. I've had mine 1.5 years and I have no complaints!"

"This is the best cutting board I have ever had, it looks so new and clean. There are no lingering smells, mine has a few marks, but nothing that isn't normal. It doesn't dull my knives and I have no problem with it not having grips thus far."

"My husband and I recieved this as a wedding gift and I have realized that we need 2 more at least! This board is so very easy to cut on, makes you look like a pro. "This is a kitchen must-have. I have tried many cutting boards and Epicurian has proven to be the best. It is light weight and does not dull knives like platsic or wood. Definately invest in these boards if you want to protect your nice knives."

"I love how low-maintenance this board is and use it every day, often multiple times a day. Although the surfaces are lightly scored after constant use, there are no lingering stains or odors.
The only downside is that it doesn't have any grips, so it will occasionally slide around on the counter."

"I've had this board for a couple of years and use it every couple of days. I always run it through the dishwasher to clean it. It hasn't warped or deteriorated in any way even though it gets so much use. This isn't harsh on knives like some board surfaces so less sharpening needed. Terrific product."
