Great Little Mixing/Serving Dish

"When I was selecting this product to buy someone submiited a review critical of its size. Actually it is the right size for the right food project. I was able to take a medium size avacado and convert it to guacamole with all the other ingredients for 1 or 2 people. The dish is attractive enough to use in a casual lunch or cook out. It has been great for making sauces and serving. So sometime helpful items come in small bowls."

"This holds one egg. If you're looking for a very very small prep bowl, this is the one. However, when you're a serious cook you're going to need something that actually fits your ingredients."

Love the lip

"Just bought two of these prep bowls in the large size at the C&B store . I had been looking for the right size bowl to use when whisking one egg yolk or white in while baking. Love the lip on the side ,perfect to grab the bowl with while using a fork with the other. I just ordered four more online because I see they have been discontinued. Too bad."
