"This was the first time I ordered from C&B. I ordered the smaller sized jar. It is just as the picture shows, very nice looking. It is bigger in reality than I thought when I saw the picture. It's very functional and sturdy. The lid is not tightly sealed that can be easily opened without having to pick up the jar to strive hard to open. I used it to store mixed nuts on the kitchen counter to remind myself to eat them. I highly recommend this jar if you have a need for something like this."

"I bought the "large" wide mouth jar, and it's really a nice one.. sturdy base with a nice fitting lid.
It's not as big as it looks in the picture, it only holds about 6-8 cups. It doesn't hold a 5lb bag of flour, or sugar . I think they should call it "medium" and the other is small. They need to make a LARGE one if they're gonna call it "large".
Other than that, it came packed great, and rather quickly. Looks great on my counter filled with raw almonds."

"Nice countertop look. Thanks to the flat sides they stack perfectly side by side.

"I was looking to replace my flour and sugar canisters and these are perfect. I bought two of the large ones. They look clean and cute. The opening is large enough to fit my measuring cups. The lid seals tight and yet it's easy to open. Great quality for the price, too, which is what I love about C & B."

"I bought the large sized one and may get another one soon. Good for cookies, if you don't need to keep more than a couple dozen at a time. It keeps them fresh a long time. Wish there was a bigger version-I will probably buy another in this size."

"read earlier reviews - some said airtight some said not airtight - took a chance but needed airtight for sugar & flour - sugar was hard and need to be stirred - NOT airtight. Just know this before you purchase - good quality glass and nice looking otherwise"

"When I saw these I brought two to store my sugar and flour in. When they are arrived I was pleased with the look and the style. I stored my sugar in one and the flour in the other. I'm not sure about the seal on the one with the sugar because my sugar was a bit hard when I went back to use it. I'm still happy with the overall purchase. It does what I need it to do."

Larger wide top canister?

"I have been looking for simple, easy-to-clean canisters for flour & sugar. When I found these, I thought the larger one would be good to store flour, but it does not fit a full 5-lb bag of flour. I would LOVE to see this canister in a larger size since I love the design, it looks good on the counter, the covers close well and it wipes off easily. Can you please produce a larger size????"

"I looked at a lot of canisters and when i found these online, i drove an hour to get them. they r perfect. I really wanted the "canisters with lids" from C&B but they didn't have a seal, the lid just rested on top. one of the best things about these is you can fit measuring cups inside to scoop out what you need and they will match any decor!"

"I own three sizes of these storage jars and not only do they look nice displayed on the counter but they hold a large amount of ingredients. The canisters seal shut and keep the contents safe from contamination. The mouth of each jar is wide enough to comfortably fit a 1 cup measuring cup."

"One of the reason these are great, they have a wide mouth. They also keep things fresh. I store crackers and my Grandsons cookies in them right now. I can think of many more ideas in which to use them, guess I need to buy more!"
