Paloma Sideboard

Naturally aged, reclaimed peroba wood is magnificently repurposed in an artful Zen-meets-Prairie dining collection. The rare, exotic wood is taken from the siding and floors of old buildings, then restored and handcrafted to create each dynamic silhouette. Beautifully proportioned sideboard centers three generous drawers between two doors, each opening to two adjustable shelves. Solid mahogany frame and slim rectangular legs are crafted of solid mahogany supported by The Forest Trust (TFT) and wrapped in strips of peroba wood. Sideboard top is mahogany veneer over engineered wood. Solid mahogany pulls are finished in a warm java stain. Cord management cutouts allow for use as a media console. -TFT-supported mahogany and peroba wood -Protective java lacquer finish -Three drawers with solid mahogany pulls -Four adjustable/removable shelves -Cord management cutouts -See dimensions below

One of a Kind

"So glad Crate and Barrel launched this style. CB also did great with a piece of bathroom furniture in lighter color wood with wider slabs of wood. That piece was quite a hit internationally. Buying this piece makes me environmentally conscious and it IS a heavy and classic piece of furniture that is versatile and well built. We are using it now as a sideboard but later plan to potentially use it as media chest."

Versatility at its best!

"I had described the piece I wanted for our media console to my husband and found nothing that met my expectations that I could even show an example . . . until we saw this piece. It is the PERFECT size and height, and the design is so unique that it blends with the modern/beach decor we already had while making a statement of its own. Every other "sideboard" we found my husband argued looked like a dining room piece. This one gave us flexiblity of using it anywhere. I love it!"

Gorgeous

"This is a truly lovely piece which is well made and sturdy. We use it as a console under our wall-mounted plasma tv. It was more than double the amount we had budgeted for this piece of furniture and worth every penny. We have received compliments from every single person who has come into our house- it's beautiful, unique, made of reclaimed materials and built to last. Blends well with our modern accents as well as our antiques! There's nothing more we could ask for! Highly recommended."

More Exquisite than You can Imagine

"The Paloma collection is amazing. I love how textural the wood is and the subtle Mid-Century notes. I recommended this to a client and they loved it so much, I had to share the experience. This piece could work in an Asian inspired home as well as a modern home. The wood has that rough look without looking cheap - a thin line to tread. Honestly, the Paloma pieces are some of my favorites across the entire industry. You should really try to go look at it in person."
