Great Couch
"This couch is a great buy. It's comfortable but sturdy. AKA you don't sink all the way into it when you sit down. My favorite part is that everything has a slip cover so it's super easy to clean, which was a big seller for me with a white couch."

Looks terrible after washing!!
"I have had this for a few years and just washed the covers this week! I totally regret that decision! I followed simple washing directions and the fabric totally changed. The shape, size and feel of fabric. I even had a custom upgraded fabric. I was told these would wash beautifully, NOT the case! It looks like second hand basement furniture now. The cushions lost shape within months too. I have to fluff and turn over weekly, if not more. I wanted to love this, but I cannot believe how bad they look. DO NOT WASH!! My living room looks like a hand me down sofa surrounded by much nicer things. I like Crate & Barrel style, but the quality just is not there anymore."

Nice casual couch
"We bought this for our sunroom about a year ago. We got the stock "snow" color as displayed in the store. It has held up very well among us, our 3 kids, the cat, guests, and lots of naps. It fits the casual, comfy look we wanted without being sloppy. It is not a "springy" couch -- the cushions sort of conform to whatever body is on them, and there has been a bit of "sag" to the back pillows. Overall we are pleased with this couch and would recommend it."

Great couch, thinking of a second one!
"We bought the Willow sofa 3 years ago and have been very happy with it! The style compliments our beach-cottage-chic style very well. We paid a little extra to have C&B upholster the sofa in linen (and have a queen sleeper for those unexpected guests!) and it looks beautiful in our house. We like it so much we are thinking of ordering a second one!"

Very Comfy Couch
"We have had this couch for about 7 weeks and it really is very comfortable. We had looked all over for a slipcover couch and in this one the covers seem to fit better than any other we looked at. Bought it in the white and am ordering the grey denium for winter. The salesperson at the store was wonderful. My only problem is I still have not gotten the arm covers we ordered at time of purchase but I guess it hasn't been quite 8 weeks."

great purchase
"We had been looking for new sofas for awhile but didn't want to invest in more furniture that would end up smelling like the dogs.The willow sofas are perfect-even though we have some more traditional pieces that we inherited,the clean lines of the willow blend in and really update the whole room.And we can wash the covers if necessary(although I will say the fabric does seem to repel stains as the few spots that i've found just wipe up with a damp cloth).I ordered the beige and they look great with bright cushions."

Perfect
"I waited just a little while to review this couch as my husband and I bought it several months ago and I wanted to experience it a bit before hand. We COULD NOT be happier. I've always wanted a white couch but hesitated for practicality's sake. When I read that this one was actually easy to wash and keep in tip-top shape we went for it and it has lived up to every expectation. It's only been a few months but with a rambunctious yellow lab pup we have, in fact, had to wash several times. Sure enough- the slipcover cleans up nicely and is very easy to put back on (and can actually be done singlehandedly). Just dry to the point of slight dampness so as to avoid wrinkling and you're set! Not to mention the couce is absurdly comfortable- soft and supportive at the same time :)"

"After a lot of searching I picked the Willow sofa because it combines a modern silhouette with the flexibility and ease of a slipcover. It just arrived this morning. Comfy Couch
"Bought the Willow Queen and love seat in Deso White and love it!!!
The cushions are really comfortable, but not too slouchy so it is easy to get in and out of. Was worried about having a white couch, but the cleaning instructions are easy and we have easily removed all stains using spot remover or by standard washing."

Love, love, love
"I love this sofa. More than I wanted to spend, but when we were at C&B registering for our wedding I sat on this and fell in love. High arms and comfy cushions are perfect for snuggling into. Long enough that someone can stretch out full on it too. We've even washed some of the slip covers, and none of my worries about fading in relation to the others happened. Well worth the money!"

Comfortable, Easy to Wash
"This couch is very plush and comfortable for sitting or napping on. If you get the sofa in white, like we did, it'll get dirty pretty easy, but the fabric makes wiping down a breeze.
Every month or so, you can toss the pillow and cushion covers into the wash for a deeper cleaning as well. Excellent construction, no creaks or squeaks."
