First Time Brining

"I'd never tried brining a turkey before, and at first I gotta say I didn't notice a big difference. However my kitchen helper insisted we use one of those turkey oven bags. I have since been sprinkling the left over seasoning on my chicken... and it's AMAZING. I'd try this again w/my turkey next year!"

"I decided to try something new with the turkey for Thanksgiving this year. Many of my guests were not fans of turkey (including myself); however, this was fabulous! The seasonings were awesome and made the turkey absolutely delicious for everyone! This will be my pick for years to come!!"

"This was the first time I EVER used brine. This product was easy to use and made the turkey VERY moist. I used buttermilk and chicken stock for the liquid and in the south fried or smoked turkeys are a must at holidays. So this year we smoked the turkey and the breast was gone before 9:00 a.m. I am glad we were not hosting this year. I will FOREVER brine my turkey."

"We ordered this kit for our Thanksgiving turkey. The brine has some wonderful flavors and definitely helps the turkey to stay moist throughout cooking. The herd rub adds a nice touch both visually and with the addition of flavor. Would definitely use this again."

Don't make a Thanksgiving Turkey Without this Kit!

"I am not a fan of turkey, so Thanksgiving dinner has never been a favorite for me. I tried this kit last year for fun and the results were beyond delicious!! The meat was remarkably moist, the skin/meat was seasoned just right (not an overbearing taste but a delightful compliment the the turkeys natural taste). We won't do Thanksgiving without this kit - this year it's a bigger bird :)"

Ultimate turkey kit

"I sent a ultimate turkey kit to my son and his wife who have never roasted a turkey before I told him to follow the reciepe exactly as the directions indecated. They were so impressed. When he went to his in-laws for Christmas he was asked to make the turkey. Guess what?He is now the delegated turkey roaster. Great flavor and oh so moist also very user friendly."
