"This is a very well made item. It is heavy (not flimsy). The points at which they will hit your table are filed (not sharp), but, I would not trust skidding it on wood or glass without scratching the table surface. The pillars are held up at different heights, which I am happy about. Would highly recommend."

"I really love this candleabra - I have used pillar candles (varying heights) and glass votives on it. It really dresses up my table without being gawdy and in the way. I use it for my dining room table and my glass top living-room cocktail table. It's a great piece."

"Perfect piece for my dining room table. I bent up some of the leaves, just like the picture, and it adds such dimension to it. I too chose to use votive cups and tea lights instead of the pillars (I was afraid of wax drips) and they look terrific!! I always love everything I buy from C. and B.!!!!"

"I have to agree that that picture does not do this piece justice as it looks even more beautiful in person! It is not only gorgeous but very versatile! Instead of using the pillar candles I got some clear glass tealight holders from C&B and set them on top of it instead and it looks awesome! Makes a great center piece or if you have an open fireplace that is not in use then place it there and create a nice ambiance. I love this piece and is looking into getting the matching hurricane!"

"I wanted something with a low profile on my dining room table so you are still able to see the person seated across from you. This candleholder fit the bill. However, the picture on line doesn't do this item justice. It is beautiful! Leave it to Crate and Barrel to come through for me once again."
