FLEXIBLE GRILL BASKET

"I cannot remember being disappointed by a purchase from Crate & Barrel. However, the grill basket is bit disappointing...the ring that holds it together during grilling seems to be too loose. It seems to slip, allowing the basket to open. It is a design flaw, obviously, & my clever husband has "fixed" it so he can use it with satisfaction. We like the idea of grilling several things at once & turning them at one time. For the price, it's okay...just watch that ring!"

Great Grilling Basket

"This basket is great for veggies, fish, anything really. It's my first basket used in a grill & I made salmon with asparagus in it. I saves your food from getting wasted in the grates of grill, and prevents things from breaking to pieces. Great price for such a valuable piece."

Grilling Nightmare Gone

"I received this as a shower gift and am amazed that I never purchased one before. Not only is the grill basket sturdy, it holds everything from asparagus to turkey burgers. When I used to grill asparagus, I would lose at least a few stems before I was done. Now I never have to worry about it again. The handle stays cool and I do not need to worry about burning my finger tips. It is easy to clean since I stick it right into the dishwasher."

Nice...but...

"I wish there had been a review on this product before I purchased it. Overall, it is nice. It's big enough for 4 good sized boneless chicken breasts (or pieces of fish). The handle is a good length. My issue with it is that it does not clamp down enough. I grilled my chicken on one side and when I turned it over 3 of the breasts fell out. I guess insert a joke there. I placed them back in and used my tongs to secure the open side and they cooked beautifully but now I feel as if I will have to come up with a way to use it so this doesn't happen every time."
