"I've have this sofa for 5 years, in the sand fabric, not microfiber. It's held up fairly well. The fabric is machine washable, which has helped with dog and kid stains. The construction is solid, it's held up to 2 moves without problem. We need to replace the back cushions, they have settled and become lumpy and folded in half. The bottom cushions are still relatively bouncy. I dislike the gap between the chaise and the two seater; there is no way to connect or secure the pieces together, so the chaise moves around. The gap is very uncomfortable if you are trying to sleep on the sofa."

"I love this sectional because it's not too big and not too small. It's also very comfortable! The material is microfiber, I assume it's treated because we had a party and someone accidently spilled red wine all over the sofa. Of course I panicked, but all I did was wipe it with a wet cloth, let it dry for a while, and the stain all came out. Doesn't even look like anything ever happened! It really is an amazing sofa!!"
