"I'm sure this is a great product IF your ceiling joists are the required 16" apart. This rack is set with the hangers 32" apart. My ceiling has 24" between the joists, so I cannot fit this. This was a present for my wife for Christmas, and now she's really disappointed. DO NOT BUY IF YOUR HOUSE HAS 24" JOISTS!!!!"

"I just installed this in my kitchen today and I can't stop going in to take a look at it. It gives you plenty of room to hang large pots and pans. It will make any kitchen look like a gourmet kitchen. I LOVE IT!"

"Installing a pot rack is probably one of the best ways (relatively affordable and easy to install) to improve any kitchen. They free up precious cabinet space and usually add style as well as improve function. This rack is designed very well and adds style to just about any kitchen (comes in grey or maple as well). Materials for this rack are top notch. One word of advice, as with anything you're assembling, always check all fasteners and/or screws. A couple of the nuts that hold the grid in place were loose...not even finger tight but loose. Other than that, the quality of this item is great."

"We love this pot rack! It helps to alleviate cabinet clutter and serves as a nice centerpiece over our kitchen island. It's super easy to clean and I love the fact you can buy more hooks as you need them!"

"This pot rack adds such elegance to my kitchen I have added all the bamboo accessories to top it off!
So different from all the same stainless racks. The bamboo decor gives more awhhh to the room!
