perfect size for a small table

"my sister and i have a small, rectangular, mission-style, hardwood dining table (seats 4) in our eat-in kitchen. i bought this piece knowing that it would serve as the perfect decoration when paired with a burgundy pillar candle inside. the proportions are just right for a small table; goes well in the living room, kitchen, dining room, family room or bedroom. even on a decorative console in the hallway or foyer! i'm thinking of buying another one and using both of them on our dining table and placing them with smaller candleholders in alterating order on a decorative ecru coloured runner."

A light in any storm...

"Simple, elegant and practical, this hurricane keeps a flame going in any breeze. The light flickers crisply through the glass and a warm glow emerges from the hurricane in a dark or lowly lit room. The thought of lighting my candles in this hurricane makes me want to come home at night and relax and enjoy."

"This hurricane is super simple, but great to fill with a candle or any thing really. We have ours in our master bathroom with a candle and seashells around it that we found at the beach. It's nice, neat, and it can easily be changed out. Good gift idea too!"
