"These sponges are amazing - so compact to begin with and then super absorbant once expanded. I use them all the time and am planning to try to "wash" them in the dishwasher, hopefully extending their life."

"I went online specifically to find these sponges. I bought a bag last Christmas and was on my last one. I LOVE them!!! They take up little space when dry and fun to watch expand (just add water!). Neater by the sink then a dripping rag. I throw them in the dishwasher to refresh and breaking out a fresh one is like Christmas morning!"

"My mom got me hooked on these sponges when I moved to New York City because they are so compact and easy to store. I keep them in my silverware drawer without having to worry that they'll take up a lot of space. Then, when I'm ready for a new sponge, I just add water and watch it inflate. These sponges are great for cleaning up counters after cooking, and they really last."

"I've been using these sponges for years. They don't fall apart, they don't hold bad odors, and you can throw them in the dishwasher! I know buying sponges from Crate and Barrel sounds almost silly, but these are so much better than the ones you get at the grocery store."
