"Bought this for a Crate & Barrel duvet cover - seems like if you don't buy the insert from the same place they don't fit right. I was using another and since it didn't fit the cover didn't look right.
This fit perfectly and made the duvet cover look so much better. I like the weight - not too heavy etc."

lumpy mess
"We have had this insert for a year after 6 months it became a lumpy mess. Each section became a lump of stuffing. Every section has a lump of stuffing and then nothing. There are areas where all you can feel is the cover and no filling. So if you like looking at a lumpy bed, this is the choice for you."

Lightweight -Allergy Free
"This is a great down alternative duvet insert. I am a vegetarian, so I do not want to buy down products and the insert is hypoallergenic. The insert is compatible with all of the Crate and Barrel duvet covers. And there are so many beautiful ones to change in and out of to revive decor for the season. The insert does make a "crinkly" noise when it moves around, but not an issue for me."

good alternative comforter
"It's a great option because its durable and washable. I woudl not call it all seasons. Unless you sleep with AC you will need one for summer. I will be happy with this for fall, spring, and winter."

Quality at great price
"I bought two duvet inserts and chose alternative fill due to my husband's allergy to down. I bought them on sale and at that price, they are an excellent value. Very nice quality and due to their generous size, they more than adequately cover large over-size mattresses. Absolutely no problem in the shipping and delivery of the items."

Just what I wanted!
"I was wanting this duvet, and the recent sale encouraged me to finally buy it. I pretty much figured any duvet insert will work, but I was dismally disappointed. This one fits perfectly in my C&B duvet, and with the ties, it doesn't move around. It is warm and toasty, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment. I have not washed it yet, so I cannot comment on that. Because of previous reviews, I am hopeful that it will hold up well."

"I picked this up recently to use inside the Lucia Bedding. Both were on sale, which was great. This sort of thing can be picked up for less somewhere else but is not as lofty and doesn't have the good loops that connect well to the ties inside the duvet.
We've had it a week. It's the perfect weight for us; our previous comforter was heavy and too warm, even in winter. This seems like it will be great for Fall, Winter and Spring--might be a bit warm for Summer.
All in all we are very happy with our purchase and I highly recommend it to go into any of the Crate and Barrel Duvet Covers! Enjoy!"
