"OK, so this is the cutting board you need when you do Sunday night chicken or Thanksgiving turkey. Juices run to the rivulets so you don't lose anything, and the handles make moving birds or roasts so easy. Look no further...this is the one you want. The wood is exceptionally high in quality and workmanship, solid as they come."

"we don't use this very often but it is still well-worth having around. makes clean-up a cinch, tons of room for meat juices, leaves no mess on the countertop. very pretty."
