"Over the years I've bought at least a dozen
carafes from expensive to cheap. This is the only one to hold its promise of keeping my coffee hot for eight hours plus. It's a very attractive piece."

"This carafe keeps coffee hot for hours on end. I made coffee at 9:30am yesterday morning and it was still drinkably hot at 8:00am THIS morning. (It helps to heat the carafe with boiling water before pouring in the fresh coffee.) Great for preparing coffee in advance for dinner guests-- no going to the kitchen to get it started. This is one great carafe."
